Richard Storey is a regular visitor to Mount Athos and a committed follower of the monks’ diet
plan. He is the managing editor of ART magazine and has written a number of books.
Sue Todd is a qualified nutritionist and food journalist. She is a member of the UK Guild of Food Writers and is a former trustee of the Caroline Walker Trust, a charity that promotes public health through good food. Sue formerly worked on BBC Radio 4’s Food Programme.
Lottie Storey is a writer who lives in Bristol with her husband and two children. Her work on the BBC Food website contributed to the team winning a Glenfidditch Food and Drink Award and an EMMA. Lottie founded a new branch of the Women’s Institute, and has worked in publishing, digital marketing, PR, film, tv and the arts. She blogs on oysterandpearl.co.uk
